Self-Reporting Requirements
 
Each licensed producer must report to the Commissioner any administrative action taken against them within 30 days of final disposition and report any criminal prosecution within 30 days of the initial pretrial hearing date, DC Code 31-1131-17.
 
Each report has to contain either the licensee’s social security or driver’s license number. DISB will accept the reports using the following methods.
